  1. Develop and maintain underwriting policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current underwriting standards and recommend updates as needed.
  3. Collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals and objectives.
  4. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with underwriting standards and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Train and mentor underwriting team members on company policies and procedures.

  9. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of new underwriting products and services.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to underwriters on complex cases.
  11. Uphold a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions and decisions.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and streamline underwriting processes.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our underwriting standards and expertise.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the underwriting team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Underwriting Commercial Insurance Policies.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Insurance Industry Regulations And Standards.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Underwriting Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Build Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
