- Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective and interactive learning experiences.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify learning gaps and make recommendations for learning interventions.
- Utilize a variety of instructional methods, such as e-learning, simulations, and instructor-led training, to deliver effective and engaging learning experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve and enhance learning solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to learning content.
- Collaborate with the learning technology team to ensure seamless integration of learning solutions into our learning management system.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate and promote learning opportunities to employees across the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the learning design and development process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay organized and maintain accurate documentation of learning content and projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert on learning and development best practices and share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design And Curriculum Development.
Proficiency In E-Learning Authoring Tools Such As Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Or Lectora.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
