Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join the Travelers team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while helping our customers find the right insurance products to meet their needs. You will be responsible for interviewing prospective clients and assessing their risk levels to determine the best course of action.The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as knowledge of the insurance industry and a thorough understanding of insurance products and services. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can effectively handle multiple tasks. Candidates should also have a professional attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. If you have a passion for helping people and have a proven track record of success in the insurance industry, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Interview prospective clients and assess their risk levels to determine the best course of action.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  3. Educate clients on insurance products and services.
  4. Process and manage insurance applications.
  5. Negotiate and recommend insurance policies to customers.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  7. Monitor industry trends to keep up-to-date with changes in the insurance market.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance regulations.
  9. Offer advice and guidance to customers regarding their insurance needs.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
