- Lead the enterprise architecture team in the Europe division, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive innovation by staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and making recommendations for their implementation.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for the company's enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Identify and assess potential risks and challenges in the implementation of architecture initiatives, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the design and implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring they are aligned with the company's overall architecture.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with the company's architecture standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of architects, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop professionally.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the company's enterprise architecture, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
- Communicate and present complex technical concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Drive transformational change within the organization, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to enterprise architecture.
- Represent the company in industry events and conferences, building and maintaining a strong network of professional contacts.
Strong Technical Background: A Successful Head Of Enterprise Architecture At Travelers Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Technical Domains Such As Application Architecture, Data Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, And Cloud Technologies. They Should Also Be Knowledgeable About Emerging Technologies And Industry Trends.
Leadership And Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Enterprise Architects. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects And Initiatives, As Well As Managing Budgets And Resources Effectively.
