- Conduct thorough investigations of general liability claims, including gathering and reviewing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and analyzing reports.
- Evaluate and determine coverage and liability for each claim in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to provide updates on claim status and address any concerns or questions.
