  1. Assess and manage the financial risks associated with construction projects to ensure the financial stability and success of our clients.
  2. Utilize expertise in finance and underwriting to evaluate the creditworthiness of potential clients and determine appropriate surety bond amounts.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters, acting as a trusted advisor and providing valuable insights and guidance.
  4. Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential clients, including reviewing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to develop innovative solutions and strategies to mitigate risks and improve overall project performance.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform underwriting decisions and provide recommendations to clients.
  7. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all underwriting and financial analysis processes.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information and address any inquiries or concerns.
  9. Continuously monitor and assess the financial health of existing clients, providing recommendations and guidance as needed to mitigate potential risks.
  10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and underwriting guidelines to ensure compliance and uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development efforts and identify new opportunities for growth within the construction surety market.

Job Qualifications
