  • Provide strategic legal guidance to the company in high-stakes litigation cases.
  • Represent the company in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and arbitrations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of legal strategies and policies.
  • Lead and manage a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Litigation, Including Trials And Appeals.

  • Strong Understanding Of Insurance Law And Regulations, Particularly In The Property And Casualty Industry.

  • Excellent Written And Oral Communication Skills.

  • Strong Leadership Abilities And Experience Managing A Team Of Attorneys.
