- Develop and execute the journey analytics strategy for Travelers, in line with our overall business goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of analysts to gather, analyze, and interpret data to gain insights into our customer's journey and identify areas for improvement.
- Use a variety of data sources and analytical tools to create a comprehensive view of our customer's journey and identify key pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to understand their needs and use data insights to inform decision-making.
- Develop and implement processes and tools to measure the effectiveness of our customer journey and track progress towards our goals.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership, providing actionable insights to drive strategic initiatives and improve the customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in journey analytics, and make recommendations for incorporating new techniques and technologies into our strategy.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on journey analytics, providing thought leadership and guidance to stakeholders across the organization.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of our journey analytics initiatives, making adjustments and improvements as needed to drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Science, Business Analytics, Or Marketing
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Modeling, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Various Data Analysis Tools And Techniques, Including Sql, R, Python, And Tableau
Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Translate Complex Data Into Actionable Insights
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leaders.
