- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the growth of Travelers, leveraging business intelligence insights and data-driven decision making.
- Lead and manage a team of BI and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and finance, to align BI and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BI and marketing, and proactively propose new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth.
- Utilize various BI tools and platforms to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and measure their effectiveness.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to develop and execute joint marketing efforts and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on BI and marketing within the organization, providing guidance and insights to various teams and departments as needed.
- Identify and address any potential roadblocks or challenges in BI and marketing initiatives and proactively develop solutions to overcome them.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, staying updated on new technologies and methodologies in BI and marketing.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Marketing Strategy, With A Focus On Business Intelligence And Data Analytics.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Strategies In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Marketers And Analysts.
