  1. Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Python, AWS, and Databricks.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Build and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and other data storage solutions.
  4. Perform data ETL processes and ensure data quality and integrity.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
  6. Stay updated with the latest advancements in data engineering and cloud technologies.
  7. Document data engineering processes and procedures.
  8. Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights.
  9. Implement data security and privacy measures to protect sensitive information.
  10. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve data engineering practices.
  11. Assist in the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with the data science team to support their data needs.
  13. Train and mentor junior data engineers.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Engineering Principles: The Role Of A Data Engineer I At Travelers Involves Building And Maintaining Data Pipelines, Integrating Data From Various Sources, And Ensuring Data Quality And Integrity. A Solid Understanding Of Data Engineering Concepts And Best Practices Is Essential For This Job.
