Responsibilities: -Provide exceptional customer service to all customers -Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner -Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed -Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services -Manage customer accounts and orders -Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction -Ensure customer inquiries are answered accurately and in a timely fashion -Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed -Provide feedback and recommendations for improving customer service standards -Stay abreast of changes in customer service policies and procedures
