Job Description

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, troubleshooting, and maintaining our customer identity and access management systems to ensure the security and seamless user experience for our customers.   1. Design and implement secure and efficient customer identity and access management systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for the identity and access management systems.
  3. Develop and maintain the technical architecture and roadmap for the customer identity and access management systems.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer identity and access management systems.
  5. Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure the security of the systems.
  6. Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for customer identity and access management.
  7. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in customer identity and access management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Identity And Access Management.

  • Experience With Identity And Access Management Tools Such As Okta, Ping, Or Sailpoint.

  • Strong Understanding Of Security Protocols And Compliance Regulations (E.g. Gdpr, Ccpa).

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
