Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Surety Underwriting Or Financial Analysis Within The Construction Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Statements, Cash Flow Analysis, And Risk Assessment.
Knowledge Of Industry-Specific Regulations And Laws, Such As The Miller Act And Little Miller Act.
