  2. Analyze and evaluate construction projects to identify potential risks and develop risk management strategies.
  3. Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to provide comprehensive insurance solutions for clients.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to construction and risk management.
  5. Handle complex and high-risk construction liability claims and provide expert guidance.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals to promote Travelers' services.
  7. Create and deliver presentations and training programs to educate clients and colleagues on construction liability and risk management.
  8. Utilize advanced technical skills and tools to assess and mitigate risks for clients.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members.
  10. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management regarding risk assessments and solutions.
  11. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed records of risk assessments, recommendations, and solutions.
  13. Collaborate with other departments within Travelers to ensure consistency and efficiency in risk management practices.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Construction Project Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Construction Project Management Principles And Techniques, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Assessment.

  • Extensive Experience In Construction Liability Insurance: The Sr. Technical Specialist Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Construction Liability Insurance Industry, With A Focus On Claims Handling And Risk Assessment.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Construction Claims And Identify Potential Liability Issues. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Provide Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: The Construction Liability Sr. Technical Specialist Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Contractors, And Legal Representatives. Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills Are Essential For Effectively Managing Claims And Resolving Disputes.
