- Manage and resolve complex commercial general liability claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the claims process.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine coverage and liability for each claim.
- Analyze and evaluate complex claim information to make accurate coverage determinations.
- Communicate with clients, policyholders, and other parties involved in the claim to gather necessary information and provide updates.
- Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits, ensuring fair and prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate and organized claim files and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriters and legal counsel, to ensure proper handling of claims.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, laws, and regulations related to complex liability claims.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior claims representatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and other external parties.
- Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Insurance.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Handling Complex Commercial General Liability Claims.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Coverage, And Legal Principles Related To Commercial Liability Claims.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Manage Relationships With Clients, Attorneys, And Other Insurance Professionals.
Ability To Analyze And Interpret Complex Data And Make Sound Decisions To Resolve Claims Efficiently And Effectively.
