1. Conduct thorough risk assessments for public sector clients to determine appropriate insurance coverage options.
2. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and claims, to develop comprehensive insurance proposals for clients.
3. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients, using strong communication and analytical skills.

9. Work closely with underwriting support staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of policies and endorsements.
10. Act as a liaison between Travelers and public sector clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
11. Meet or exceed performance targets, such as new business production and renewal retention.
12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance underwriting knowledge and skills.
13. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
14. Maintain accurate and organized underwriting documentation and records.
15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all underwriting activities.
