Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Brokers
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Surety Underwriting And/Or Account Management
Strong Knowledge Of Surety Products And Services, As Well As Industry Trends And Regulations
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales And Revenue Targets, As Well As Effectively Managing A Portfolio Of Accounts.
