We are looking for an experienced Claims Manager to join the Travelers team and help us meet the demands of our ever-growing customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful management of large-scale claims operations. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to effectively handle customer claims. To be successful in this role, you should be organized, detail-oriented, and have experience managing teams.You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the claims department, including managing the staff and overseeing the resolution of customer claims. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing departmental policies and procedures and ensuring adherence to customer service and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the claims department, including managing staff and overseeing the resolution of customer claims.

- Analyze customer feedback and make changes to current policies and procedures.
- Monitor departmental performance and take corrective action when necessary.
- Assist in training and onboarding of new staff.

- Prepare and update reports and other documents for management review.
- Monitor and adjust budget to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain and regularly update knowledge of industry rules, regulations, and best practices.
