Claims Manager

1. Develop and implement claims management policies and procedures within the organization.
2. Review and analyze complex insurance claims and make recommendations for resolution.
3. Provide guidance to customers and other stakeholders regarding claims resolution.
4. Ensure claims are handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a timely manner.
6. Maintain customer service standards in all interactions with stakeholders.
7. Use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, to generate reports and analyze data.
8. Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
9. Identify opportunities for improvement and resolve any disputes or issues.
10. Keep up to date with changes in the industry and adjust strategies as necessary.
