Claims Adjuster

Responsibilities:

1. Investigate and analyze insurance claims to determine liability and settlement amounts
2. Negotiate with customers to resolve claims in an efficient and cost-effective manner
3. Document claims process and maintain accurate records
4. Maintain current knowledge of insurance industry principles, procedures, and practices
5. Provide excellent customer service to clients
6. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
7. Analyze and interpret policy language
8. Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to determine resolution of claims
9. Meet or exceed departmental goals and objectives
