- Manage and resolve complex liability claims for clients.
- Utilize knowledge of the insurance industry and general liability claims to accurately assess and handle each case.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure timely and efficient claim resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities and communications.
- Conduct thorough investigations and gather relevant information to support claim decisions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external parties (e.g. attorneys, medical professionals) to obtain necessary information and updates on claims.
- Use critical thinking skills to identify potential issues and develop strategies for successful claim resolution.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve claim handling processes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws, when handling claims.
- Collaborate with other team members to proactively identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide support and guidance to less experienced team members.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Keep confidential information secure and adhere to data privacy regulations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Insurance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Handling General Liability Claims
Knowledge Of Insurance Industry Regulations And Laws
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Attorneys, And Other Parties Involved In A Claim.
