- Assist in training and mentoring new team members on claims operations processes and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Insurance Claims Operations Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Industry Regulations And Best Practices.
