  1. Handle unrepresented bodily injury claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

  • Knowledge Of Auto Insurance Industry: A Qualified Auto Claim Representative Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Auto Insurance Industry, Including Policies, Procedures, And Legal Requirements.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential For An Auto Claim Representative, As They Will Be Required To Interact With Both Internal Team Members And External Parties Such As Claimants, Attorneys, And Medical Professionals.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As An Auto Claim Representative, The Ability To Analyze Complex Information And Make Sound Decisions Is Crucial. They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Handle And Resolve Unrepresented Bodily Injury Claims.

  • Experience In Bodily Injury Claims: Prior Experience In Handling Bodily Injury Claims Is A Must For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Understanding Of Injury Severity, And Knowledge Of State-Specific Laws And Regulations.
