  1. Investigate and evaluate auto bodily injury claims to determine coverage and liability.
  2. Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and other involved parties to gather information and provide updates on claim status.
  3. Review and analyze medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents to assess the extent of injuries and damages.
  4. Negotiate and settle claims in a fair and timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external partners, including attorneys, medical professionals, and other insurance companies, to resolve complex claims.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized claim files and documentation.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns.
  8. Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
  9. Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements.
  10. Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics.
