If so, Travelers is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Auto Bodily Injury Claim Representative Trainee.   1. Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customers who have been involved in automobile accidents and may be facing physical and emotional challenges.
  2. Investigate and evaluate complex auto bodily injury claims, utilizing critical thinking skills and attention to detail to determine coverage and liability.
  3. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, policyholders, and other involved parties to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including medical professionals, legal counsel, and other insurance professionals.
  5. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and accurate claim handling, while also taking ownership of individual tasks and responsibilities.
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, in handling claims and protecting customer privacy.
  7. Utilize technology and data to analyze and manage claims efficiently, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  8. Continuously develop knowledge and skills through training and learning opportunities, in order to become a proficient and knowledgeable claim representative.
  9. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all interactions and decisions.
  10. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork, cooperation, and a commitment to excellence.
