  1. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to assist attorneys in case preparation.
  2. Prepare and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  3. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized case files and databases.
  5. Assist with trial preparation, including drafting witness lists and exhibit binders.
  6. Review and summarize medical records and other documents related to claims.
  7. Prepare and track legal invoices and expenses.
  8. Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
  9. Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and identify potential issues.
  10. Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  11. Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards.
  12. Maintain professionalism and represent the organization in a positive manner.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance legal knowledge and skills.
  14. Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
  15. Serve as a liaison between the legal team and other departments within the organization.

  • Paralegal Certificate: A Minimum Of An Associate's Degree Or Certification In Paralegal Studies Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Legal Principles And Procedures.
