- Manage and grow a book of business for Private & Non-Profit clients.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by understanding their needs and tailoring insurance solutions to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure accurate and effective underwriting.
- Identify and assess risks associated with potential clients and make informed decisions on coverage and pricing.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients and brokers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and underwriting guidelines.
- Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at industry events and conferences.
- Continuously analyze and evaluate market conditions and make recommendations for improving business performance.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Underwriting And/Or Sales, Preferably In The Private And Non-Profit Sector.
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Products And Market Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Building Strong Client Relationships.
