  1. Manage and underwrite excess casualty accounts according to company guidelines and standards.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  3. Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to provide innovative insurance solutions for clients.
  4. Analyze and evaluate risk factors to determine appropriate coverage and pricing.
  5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.

  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve underwriting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Train and mentor junior underwriters and support staff as needed.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner and promote a positive image in the industry.
  15. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support client retention efforts.

Job Qualifications
