  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with small commercial businesses, understanding their unique needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Manage a portfolio of small commercial accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of policies, endorsements, and other related tasks.
  3. Utilize expert knowledge of the insurance industry to analyze risks and make sound underwriting decisions.
  4. Identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them, while adhering to company guidelines and policies.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, claims, and risk control to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and regulatory requirements to make informed decisions and provide valuable insights to clients.
  7. Conduct regular account reviews to identify potential growth opportunities and provide proactive solutions to meet clients' evolving needs.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, explaining complex insurance concepts and providing guidance on coverage options.
  9. Monitor and manage the performance of the assigned portfolio, meeting or exceeding business goals and objectives.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  12. Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the role.
  13. Represent the company and its values in a professional and ethical manner, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Insurance Underwriting Or Account Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Small Commercial Insurance Products, Market Trends, And Industry Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
