Account Executive Officer/Sr. Underwriter, National Accounts

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the National Accounts division.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to underwrite and assess risks for large and prestigious companies.
4. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic plans for client accounts.
5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the National Accounts division.
6. Analyze and evaluate data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance.
8. Work closely with internal departments such as claims and finance to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and underwriting decisions.
10. Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support.
11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
13. Remain organized and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
