  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry, with a specific focus on cyber and technology risks.
  2. Manage a portfolio of clients and assess their needs to provide effective and tailored insurance solutions.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and analyze data to determine appropriate coverage and pricing for clients.
  4. Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and recommendations on managing their cyber and technology risks.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in cyber and technology risks to continuously improve and enhance insurance offerings.
  8. Communicate complex insurance information and policies to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new clients and opportunities for business growth.
  10. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
  11. Prepare and present reports to management on key performance indicators, client satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Education And Experience In Insurance: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Risk Management, Or A Related Field, As Well As At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Insurance Industry, Specifically In Underwriting Cyber And Technology Risks.

  • Knowledge Of Cyber And Technology Risks: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Evolving Landscape Of Cyber And Technology Risks, Including Emerging Trends And Potential Exposures. They Should Also Have Experience With Developing And Implementing Risk Management Strategies For These Types Of Risks.

  • Strong Analytical And Decision-Making Skills: As An Account Executive Officer/Sr. Underwriter, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Evaluating Complex Risks And Making Decisions On Coverage, Pricing, And Terms. They Should Have Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Make Sound Decisions Based On Data And Industry Knowledge.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Clients, Brokers, And Other Internal Teams, So Strong Communication And Relationship-Building Skills Are Essential. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Articulate Complex Information And Build Strong Partnerships With Stakeholders.

  • Professional Certifications: The Ideal Candidate Should Hold Relevant Professional Certifications, Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp) Or Certified Information Privacy Professional (Cipp), To Demonstrate Their Expertise In Cyber And Technology Risks.
