  1. Conduct thorough underwriting analysis and risk assessments for construction insurance clients.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers to generate new business opportunities.

  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute underwriting strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

  10. Serve as a mentor and resource for junior underwriters, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for business growth.
  12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the brand and build relationships.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets and goals.

Job Qualifications
