
Account Executive Officer, Commercial Accounts

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential commercial clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the commercial accounts division.
- Understand and analyze clients' insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting and claims to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the market to effectively advise clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients at all times.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review insurance programs and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Travelers and promote a positive image of the company.
- Continuously improve and develop skills and knowledge related to the insurance industry.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall division goals and objectives.
- Travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management Within The Insurance Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Commercial Insurance Products And Services, Including Property And Casualty, Liability, And Risk Management.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Client Relationships.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Sell Complex Insurance Solutions To Clients.
