Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Account Executive Officer, Commercial Accounts to join our team at Travelers. If you have an aptitude for building strong relationships with clients and a proven ability to grow portfolios, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You must possess a thorough understanding of the insurance industry in order to identify and assess risk; have a strong ability to analyze and interpret financial statements; and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills. We are looking for someone with sharp problem-solving skills, a commitment to providing outstanding service, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred. If you are motivated, organized, and have a passion for helping customers, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients in order to increase business.
  2. Monitor the insurance industry to identify and assess risk.
  3. Analyze and interpret financial statements.
  4. Provide outstanding customer service.
  5. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to grow portfolios.
  7. Utilize problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions.
  8. Work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Keep up to date with industry trends and regulations.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
