We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Vice President of Strategy for our Media & Entertainment division. As the VP of Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Media & Entertainment business by developing and executing innovative strategies that align with our company's overall vision and goals. We are looking for a driven and experienced professional with a strong background in the media and entertainment industry, who is passionate about driving business growth, and has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies.   1. Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the Media & Entertainment division, in alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
  2. Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas of growth within the media and entertainment industry.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to establish short-term and long-term goals for the division, and develop plans to achieve them.
  4. Drive innovation and creativity by proposing new and innovative ideas to enhance the division's products and services.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts, to gain insights and identify potential business opportunities.
  6. Monitor and analyze industry and competitor trends, and use data to inform decision-making and develop effective strategies.
  7. Oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans, ensuring their alignment with the division's objectives and overall company goals.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategies and initiatives.
  9. Develop and manage the division's budget, ensuring strategic investments are made to drive growth and profitability.
  10. Evaluate the success of implemented strategies and adjust as needed to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of goals.
  11. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, and use this knowledge to drive the division's growth and success.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and use these opportunities to network and promote the division's products and services.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards, and promote a culture of integrity and transparency within the division.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Strategy Development And Execution Within The Media And Entertainment Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue Growth And Profitability Through Strategic Initiatives.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
