  4. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers to help them grow and improve their skills.
  5. Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices and standards are followed.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software development.
  8. Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  9. Contribute to the improvement and optimization of development processes and workflows.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, status reports, and technical recommendations.
  11. Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure they meet the highest standards of quality.
  12. Participate in team meetings and discussions to share ideas and collaborate on solutions.
  13. Manage and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  14. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to software development.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Software Development: A Senior Developer At Transunion Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Projects.

  • Proficiency In Multiple Programming Languages And Frameworks: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, And Python, As Well As Experience With Popular Frameworks Like Angular And React.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Senior Developer Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Problems And Come Up With Effective Solutions. They Should Also Have A Strong Attention To Detail And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Debug Code.

  • Leadership And Teamwork Abilities: As A Senior Member Of The Development Team, The Candidate Should Be Able To Lead And Mentor Junior Developers, As Well As Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver High-Quality Software Solutions.
