Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Specialist II, Compliance at TransUnion.   1. Conduct compliance audits: The Specialist II, Compliance will be responsible for conducting regular audits to ensure that all processes and procedures are compliant with industry regulations and standards.
  2. Maintain knowledge of compliance regulations: This individual will be responsible for staying up-to-date with all relevant compliance regulations and standards, and communicating any changes to the team.
  3. Identify areas of non-compliance: The Specialist II, Compliance will be responsible for identifying any areas of non-compliance and working with the appropriate teams to implement corrective actions.
  4. Develop compliance training materials: This role will involve creating and updating training materials on compliance regulations and standards to ensure all employees are knowledgeable and compliant.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The Specialist II, Compliance will work closely with various teams, such as legal, risk management, and operations, to ensure compliance is maintained throughout the organization.
  6. Monitor compliance metrics: This individual will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on compliance metrics to ensure that the organization is meeting its compliance goals.
  7. Conduct risk assessments: The Specialist II, Compliance will be responsible for conducting risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  8. Provide compliance support: This role will involve providing support and guidance to other departments and teams on compliance-related matters.
  9. Ensure ethical conduct: The Specialist II, Compliance will be responsible for promoting and maintaining ethical conduct within the organization, in line with company values and standards.
  10. Seek continuous improvement: This individual will be responsible for continuously seeking ways to improve compliance processes and procedures, and implementing changes as necessary to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
