- Conduct compliance audits: The Specialist II, Compliance will be responsible for conducting regular audits to ensure that all processes and procedures are compliant with industry regulations and standards.
- Maintain knowledge of compliance regulations: This individual will be responsible for staying up-to-date with all relevant compliance regulations and standards, and communicating any changes to the team.
- Identify areas of non-compliance: The Specialist II, Compliance will be responsible for identifying any areas of non-compliance and working with the appropriate teams to implement corrective actions.
- Develop compliance training materials: This role will involve creating and updating training materials on compliance regulations and standards to ensure all employees are knowledgeable and compliant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The Specialist II, Compliance will work closely with various teams, such as legal, risk management, and operations, to ensure compliance is maintained throughout the organization.
- Monitor compliance metrics: This individual will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on compliance metrics to ensure that the organization is meeting its compliance goals.
- Conduct risk assessments: The Specialist II, Compliance will be responsible for conducting risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Provide compliance support: This role will involve providing support and guidance to other departments and teams on compliance-related matters.
- Ensure ethical conduct: The Specialist II, Compliance will be responsible for promoting and maintaining ethical conduct within the organization, in line with company values and standards.
- Seek continuous improvement: This individual will be responsible for continuously seeking ways to improve compliance processes and procedures, and implementing changes as necessary to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
