Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Software Development, With At Least 2 Years In A Management Or Leadership Role
Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Software Development Methodologies And Tools
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team
