Site Reliability Engineers

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our products and services. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will work to create and maintain our technology infrastructure to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience when using our products.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in designing and building robust, secure, and reliable infrastructure components. Additionally, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering role, with experience in a DevOps organization preferred. Responsibilities for Site Reliability Engineers:

1. Monitor and maintain the reliability, scalability, and security of TransUnion’s products and services.
2. Design and build robust, secure, and reliable infrastructure components.
3. Develop scripts and automation to increase efficiency and quality of systems.
4. Troubleshoot problems and identify solutions to maximize system uptime.
5. Monitor system performance and identify potential areas of improvement.
6. Implement best practices and procedures to ensure system availability.
7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure that new projects are implemented properly and without disruption to existing systems.
8. Develop technical documentation and training materials for other engineers.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
10. Perform other tasks as required.
