  1. Oversee and optimize global payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement payroll strategies and procedures that align with the organization's objectives and goals.
  3. Manage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for all global locations, including compliance with local tax and labor laws.
  5. Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of payroll processes.
  7. Stay updated on global payroll regulations and industry best practices, implementing changes as needed.
  8. Oversee the implementation of new payroll systems and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum efficiency.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support global payroll operations.
  10. Communicate with senior leadership on payroll performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  11. Lead and participate in special projects related to payroll, such as mergers and acquisitions or system upgrades.
  12. Ensure data security and confidentiality of employee information in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  13. Provide training and development opportunities for payroll team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert for payroll-related inquiries and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
  15. Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure compliance with internal controls and external audits.
