You must be comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy to provide legal advice, guidance, and training to our business clients. Responsibilities:

-Provide legal advice and counsel to business clients regarding FCRA and other consumer protection laws -Conduct research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations -Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the rights of TransUnion’s clients -Negotiate, draft, and review legal documents related to FCRA and consumer protection -Maintain accurate records and documents related to FCRA and consumer protection -Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to develop and implement best practices -Provide training and education to business clients on FCRA and consumer protection -Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance -Identify and resolve potential legal issues and disputes -Handle inquiries from clients and external stakeholders
