In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a product strategy that drives innovation, user engagement, and business growth.We are looking for someone who has an understanding of the tenant & employment solutions space and the ability to think strategically and innovatively. You should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. You will need to be highly data-driven and have the ability to adjust quickly and fluidly to changing business requirements.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in the tenant & employment solutions space. You should have a proven track record of leading the development and implementation of product strategies that drive innovation, user engagement, and business growth. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills are a must. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of a product strategy that drives innovation, user engagement, and business growth.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product strategy is aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Develop product roadmaps and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, such as user guides, product specifications, and release notes.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as partners, vendors, and customers.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive products.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
