- Develop and manage innovative product offerings for the Fraud & Identity Solution team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Drive product development and enhancements to meet market demands and stay ahead of competitors.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product messaging and positioning.
- Lead product training and education initiatives for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure product offerings are in line with legal standards.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure product offerings meet all necessary regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback on product offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for product growth.
- Manage product budgets and forecast revenue projections.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on product performance and roadmap.
- Mentor and train junior product team members.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote and showcase product offerings.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and drive efficiency within the product management function.
Strong Understanding Of Fraud And Identity Solutions: A Product Manager In This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Fraud And Identity Landscape, Including Emerging Trends, Industry Regulations, And Best Practices For Mitigating Risk.
Experience In Product Management: Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record In Product Management, Including Developing And Launching Successful Products, Conducting Market Research, And Driving Product Strategy.
