  1. Develop and implement process strategies for the product management division to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Lead a team to execute process improvements and drive innovation in product management operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and develop solutions to enhance overall performance.
  4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.
  5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout all process strategies and operations.
  6. Provide guidance and support to team members on process improvement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, to understand their needs and align process strategies accordingly.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process improvement, operations management, and product management.
  9. Drive the implementation of new processes and procedures to support product launches and updates.
  10. Report on process strategy and operations performance to senior management and make recommendations for future improvements.
  11. Act as a role model and mentor for team members, providing support and guidance to ensure their professional development.
  12. Collaborate with other principals and leaders to ensure alignment and consistency across all process strategies and operations.
  13. Continually assess and mitigate potential risks in process strategies and operations.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our process strategies and operations.
  15. Uphold the company's values and culture and act as a brand ambassador for TransUnion at all times.

  • Proven Experience In Product Management: A Successful Principal Of Process Strategy & Operations, Product Management Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Products In A Fast-Paced And Competitive Market.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Processes And Drive Business Growth. The Candidate Should Have Experience With Data Analysis Tools And Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Key Leader In The Organization, The Principal Of Process Strategy & Operations, Product Management Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels And Lead Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Business Objectives.
