- Lead and manage a team of analysts and consultants in the Fraud Solutions Consulting Analytics department.
- Develop and implement strategies to combat fraud and protect businesses and consumers.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their fraud prevention needs and provide customized solutions.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify patterns and trends related to fraudulent activity.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in fraud prevention.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in fraud analytics.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential areas of growth and improvement for the department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our fraud solutions.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Fraud Solutions Consulting Or Analytics, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Analytics, Data Science, Or Fraud Management.
Strong Understanding Of Fraud Detection And Prevention Strategies, Including Knowledge Of Fraud Trends And Techniques.
Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools And Techniques, Such As Sql, Sas, Or Python, And Experience With Data Visualization Tools.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Clients.
