- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and build new relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and progress to senior management.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of TransUnion's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue and market share.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or escalations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while managing client accounts.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery and overall customer experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Clients.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Key Account Management Or Sales Within The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On Opportunities.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Focus On Driving Revenue Growth And Profitability For The Company.
