  1. Coordinate and support all aspects of governance, risk, and compliance projects within the organization.
  2. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
  3. Assist in the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and controls to effectively manage risks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Conduct regular audits to evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all compliance activities and project plans.
  8. Identify and escalate any potential compliance issues or risks to the appropriate parties for resolution.
  9. Keep abreast of industry developments, changes in regulations, and emerging risks to ensure the organization's compliance.
  10. Provide training and education to employees on compliance and risk management procedures.
  11. Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness throughout the organization.
  12. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulators, to facilitate compliance audits and inspections.
  13. Assist in the implementation of new compliance initiatives and projects.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's risk management and compliance programs.
  15. Act as a point of contact for any compliance-related queries or concerns from internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Project Coordination, Preferably In A Governance Risk And Compliance (Grc) Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa.

  • Experience With Project Management Tools And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Scrum.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
