  1. Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies and policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
  2. Coordinate and track all compliance-related activities and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established deadlines.
  3. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and compliance gaps, and work with relevant stakeholders to develop mitigation plans.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register, ensuring all identified risks are accurately recorded and addressed.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, and communicate any changes or updates to the appropriate teams and departments.
  6. Facilitate and lead training sessions to educate employees on compliance requirements and ethical practices, promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory agencies, highlighting compliance metrics, areas of improvement, and action plans.
  8. Support the implementation of new compliance systems and tools, ensuring proper training and adoption by relevant stakeholders.
  9. Monitor and track remediation activities for identified risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Governance, Risk, And Compliance Principles: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Governance, Risk, And Compliance Frameworks And How They Apply To Business Operations. This Includes Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, As Well As Industry Best Practices.

  • Proven Project Management Skills: The Project Coordinator Will Be Responsible For Managing And Coordinating Various Grc Projects And Initiatives. Therefore, They Should Have Experience In Project Management And Be Able To Effectively Plan, Organize, And Execute Projects Within Established Timelines And Budgets.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Liaison Between Different Departments And Stakeholders, The Project Coordinator Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Various Audiences And Build Strong Working Relationships With Team Members And External Partners.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Grc Project Coordinator Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Data, Identify Trends, And Make Data-Driven Recommendations To Improve Processes And Mitigate Risks. They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Address Any Issues That May Arise During Project Implementation.

  • Relevant Education And Experience: A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Information Technology Is Typically Required For This Role. Additionally, Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Large Organization With A Strong Focus On Grc. Professional Certifications, Such As Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa) Or Certified In Risk And Information Systems Control (Crisc), Are Also Highly Desirable.
