  1. Develop and implement effective compliance strategies and initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations for mitigating actions.
  3. Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  4. Monitor and track regulatory changes and updates, and communicate any necessary updates to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Conduct audits and assessments to identify any gaps in compliance and work towards resolving them.
  6. Participate in training and education initiatives to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  7. Monitor and report on compliance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  8. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  9. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  10. Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
  11. Utilize project management skills to plan, organize, and execute compliance-related projects and initiatives.
  12. Uphold ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity and compliance throughout the organization.
  13. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all compliance efforts are aligned with company objectives.
  14. Stay informed on industry trends and changes in regulations to proactively identify potential compliance risks.
  15. Provide support and guidance to other team members on compliance-related matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Information Technology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Coordination, Preferably In The Governance, Risk, And Compliance (Grc) Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards Such As Gdpr, Hipaa, And Pci-Dss.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Create And Maintain Project Plans, Track Progress, And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Grc Software And Tools, Such As Rsa Archer Or Metricstream, And Experience In Implementing And Managing Grc Programs.
