Job Description

At TransUnion, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Payroll Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of global payroll projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and technical skills, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. They should have a passion for problem-solving and be able to think strategically and analytically.The successful candidate will have experience in global payroll, project management, and managing global teams. They should have a solid understanding of global payroll processes, systems and compliance requirements. They should also have experience working with stakeholders to define and implement project plans, as well as the ability to develop and track project budgets. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about the latest technology and trends in global payroll and be able to leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage global payroll projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and on budget.
  2. Manage global project teams, ensuring that all objectives and goals are met.
  3. Develop and track project budgets and manage resources to ensure optimal utilization.
  4. Work with stakeholders to define and implement project plans.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external vendors.
  6. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
  7. Monitor and analyze global payroll processes, systems and compliance requirements.
  8. Identify areas of improvement and develop innovative solutions.
  9. Leverage knowledge of the latest trends and technology in global payroll to drive process improvements.
  10. Provide support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
